By accessing or using Realtmail, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform or its services.
2. Services
Realtmail provides software and services that help businesses create, manage, analyze, and automate direct mail marketing campaigns. Features may change or be updated without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use Realtmail.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
5. Subscription Plans
Realtmail is offered through recurring subscription plans. Subscription pricing, included monthly mailers, and available features depend on the plan you select.
6. Billing
Subscription fees are billed through Stripe or another payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until your subscription is canceled.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the customer billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already processed unless required by law.
8. Marketing Data
Realtmail may utilize publicly available records, licensed property data, demographic information, and other lawful data sources to identify marketing opportunities. Users are responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, send unlawful communications, violate privacy rights, or use Realtmail for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, graphics, designs, code, and content provided by Realtmail remain the property of Realtmail or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
11. Customer Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Realtmail. You grant Realtmail permission to use that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
12. Third-Party Services
Realtmail integrates with third-party providers including payment processors, mapping providers, mailing services, analytics providers, and property-data vendors. Realtmail is not responsible for outages or actions of third-party services.
13. Service Availability
While we strive for reliable service, Realtmail does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous uptime, or error-free operation.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realtmail shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or services.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realtmail and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the platform, your campaigns, or your violation of these Terms.
16. Termination
Realtmail may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or create legal or security risks.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Realtmail operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Changes to These Terms
Realtmail may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
